East coast deliveries are planned: consolidated so a run carries a worthwhile load, timed to avoid the worst of the day where possible, packed to hold condition for the actual duration rather than an optimistic one, and accompanied by loggers so the receiving site can see what happened rather than take it on trust.
The practical consequence for you is that ordering rhythm matters more here than anywhere else in the country. Tell us your pattern and the schedule can be built around it. Treat it as a same-day service and it will disappoint you.
A port emirate with its own demand
Fujairah is a significant port on the Gulf of Oman, outside the Strait of Hormuz, with the bunkering and shipping activity that comes with that. Alongside it sits a resident population, a growing tourism sector on the east coast, and the hospitals, clinics and pharmacies that serve both.
So the demand is real and reasonably steady — which is precisely the kind of demand that a planned delivery schedule serves well.
Where the warehouse actually is
SFIMS runs one licensed facility, and it is in Mussafah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi. We do not operate a separate depot in Fujairah, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise on a landing page.
What that means in practice: your stock is held under DOH and MOH approved conditions in Mussafah, and it reaches Fujairah on temperature-controlled delivery. For most customers that is the better arrangement anyway — one licensed location, one temperature record, one inventory, rather than stock split across sites with a handover in the middle where the cold chain can break.
