Due to the nature of these items and the strict storage and temperature control requirements, we maintain a no refund or exchange policy once products have been sold and dispatched.

In such cases, customers must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence and delivery documentation. Our quality assurance team will review the case, and upon approval, arrange for replacement or credit issuance, as applicable.
