By registering for our appraisal services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:

SFIMS provides independent medical appraisal services to GMC-registered doctors residing in the UAE, GCC, and other regions.

Doctors do not independently establish a prescribed connection with a designated body. This is determined through internal governance procedures and due diligence conducted by the designated body. If a doctor fails to meet these requirements, the designated body reserves the right to terminate the connection. In such cases, no refund will be issued by the service provider or appraisee.
Doctors will have an intention to practise in the UK must comply with the due diligence and compliance requirements of their designated body, as outlined in GMC and RO regulatory frameworks. Failure to comply may result in disconnection from the designated body, and no refund will be provided by the service provider or appraisee.

All fees are payable as invoiced and are non-refundable once paid, except where services have not been rendered or are not as described.
Doctors who have not disclosed known issues or complaints at registration are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation and subject to approval by SFIMS management.

I hereby give my full consent to Safety First International Medical Services (SFIMS) to collect, process, and use my personal data for the purpose of conducting and submitting my appraisal on my behalf.
I have no objection to SFIMS handling my personal data for this purpose.
I understand that all personal data and appraisal forms submitted to SFIMS will be deleted from SFIMS records upon completion of the appraisal process, in accordance with GDPR and UAE data protection laws.

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. SFIMS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of our services.
